The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Your use of the Virtual Dating services which form a part of Dating.com Terms of Use Agreement. Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the services. By clicking “BOOK A DATE NOW” on the forms, You indicate Your acceptance of this Terms.
Virtual Dating is a feature within the Company website and/or application which may be purchased with credits. The cost of participation in Virtual Dating is indicated in the description of participation.
Virtual Dating provides virtual date experience, where the process begins with the selection of the date, location and the partner. Here's a detailed explanation of how it works:
Location Selection. You can choose from a variety of available locations, including Heavenly Heights, Manhattan Sky Lounge, and Seabreeze Serenade. Each location offers its unique ambiance and setting for the date.
Partner Selection. Partners are randomly selected using a specialized randomizer tool. Information on the selected Partners provided includes essential details such as their avatar, photo, name, age, languages spoken, and a brief description about themselves.
This selection process aims to provide customers with an element of excitement and anticipation as they await their matched partner, contributing to an immersive and engaging Date in experience.
Upon clicking the “Next: reserve time and date” button, the following procedures apply.
A Calendly popup prompts You to book the date.
The calendar displays availability of selected partners.
The earliest available date is 48 hours from the booking time.
The duration of the date is set to 30 minutes.
Calendly pre-fills Your personal data including ID, Site, Name, and Email.
Failure to pay for the service may result in cancellation of reserved service.
Upon successful booking You will receive confirmation both within the Calendly popup and via email from Calendly, where You have the option to add the date to Your calendar. Should the booking process be interrupted and the Calendly popup closed prematurely, You can revisit the page to re-initiate the booking process.
During the booking process, You will receive a series of 5 emails from Calendly:
A confirmation email of the booked date along with comprehensive details of the date process.
A reminder email sent 24 hours before the scheduled date.
A reminder email sent 1 hour before the scheduled date.
Post-date correspondence requesting the completion of a questionnaire and sharing of feedback.
An invitation to book a subsequent date.
The Virtual Dating Terms encompass the following provisions where dates occur within the Spatial platform, with participation open to You and other users (Spatial Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply, Your use of Virtual Dating service confirms your acceptance of mentioned Terms and policies). You face no restrictions on the number of dates they can book, each scheduled for a 30-minute duration, with the timer initiating upon entry for each participant.
You can cancel Your reservation with the Virtual Dating by contacting customer support. If You request to cancel a reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled date, such a cancelation result a refund of 90 % of credits spent on the particular Virtual Dating reservation. Requests to cancel within 24 hours require rescheduling within the next 30 days and not refunded.
You have no property, proprietary, intellectual property, ownership in content provided for Virtual Dating. Company reserves the right to change and update Virtual Dating and these Terms without prior notice. Company reserves all right, title and interest in Virtual Dating and all associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein.
